I believe there is a better way to enter the holiday season. Something more than the go-go-go that tells you to do more, be more, have more, eat more but ultimately leaves you feeling exhausted, unhealthy, and worse than when you started.
We’re going to flip the script this year and focus on what we can control. We’re going to take some time to get our mindset right so we can know exactly what matters the most to us and spend our time filling ourselves to the brim with those things that will leave us feeling truly soul-full.
It can feel overwhelming to consider health on top of all of the other holiday requirements. But I want you to see it can be simple, and that’s why I created this guide.
